TriMet Board of Directors and Community Panel to meet in executive sessions

The TriMet Board General Manager Search Committee as well as the TriMet Board of Directors will hold executive sessions pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a) to consider employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. The executive sessions are closed to the public. Representatives of the news media may attend the executive sessions pursuant to ORS 192.660(4) but are specifically directed not to disclose any content of the executive sessions.
