The TriMet Board General Manager Search Committee will hold executive sessions pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a) to consider employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.  The executive sessions are closed to the public. Representatives of the news media may attend an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(4) but are specifically directed not to disclose any content of an executive session.
