Lane restrictions are between SE 12th and 22nd avenues

Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Transit Project construction in SE Portland will temporarily restrict SE Powell Blvd between SE 12th and 22nd avenues to one lane in each direction on four Saturdays beginning October 26.

Lane restrictions will occur between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. and allow crews to remove the temporary decking from the new Powell Blvd overpasses. During this activity, sidewalks on Powell will also be closed on one side at a time. The Saturday work is scheduled to be completed by Nov. 16.
